Equiaxed, submicron sized barium titanate powder has been developed by Entekno Ltd. Carefull control on physical and chemical properties make our material usable for ferroelectric ceramic and capacitor applications.

PRODUCTION METHOD
BaTiO3 powder (<500 nm) is granulated to less than 150 micron with organic additives for easy pressing process.

Organic binder: ~wt 2%
Note: Binder burnout process must be done carefully to 700°C.
